Manage Multiple Client Brands

Each brand in your Agency Plan workspace is independent: separate Brand DNA, separate Content Agent, separate projects, separate team access.

Switching between brands is instantaneous. Your entire interface context changes—you see only that brand's data.

Switch Brands

Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

Select Brands from the dropdown menu.

The Brands dropdown displays:

  • A list of all brands you own or have access to
  • A crown icon next to each brand you own
  • A + button to create a new brand

Click any brand name to switch to it immediately.

The interface updates:

  • Dashboard shows that brand's projects and calendar
  • Account sidebar shows that brand's Brand Profile, Brand Voice, Brand Materials
  • Content Agent recommendations are generated for that brand only
  • Team members only see brands they're invited to

No need to log out or re-authenticate. One click, and you're working in a completely different brand context.

Brand Details: What's Separate

When you switch brands, these elements are entirely independent:

Brand Profile (Brand DNA)

  • Business objectives
  • Target audience and triggers
  • Content channels
  • Brand voice and assets
  • Custom fields (if configured)

Content Agent Each brand has its own Content Agent that generates personalized recommendations based on that brand's specific DNA.

Client A's Content Agent might recommend: "Create a LinkedIn post about hiring challenges in early-stage startups" based on Client A's audience profile.

Client B's Content Agent might recommend: "Write an email about integrating with Zapier" based on Client B's product positioning.

Projects and Folders Each brand maintains its own project library, folders, and content calendar. Switching brands changes what you see in the Projects sidebar.

Brand Voice Profiles If you've created multiple voice profiles for one brand, they're tied to that specific brand and won't appear when you switch to another brand.

Brand Assets Reference materials, brand guidelines, snippets, and custom content blocks are stored per-brand.

Team Access Team members are invited to specific brands. A team member invited to Client A brand does not see Client B brand—it doesn't appear in their Brands dropdown at all.

Ownership and Permissions

Look for the crown icon next to your brand name in the Brands dropdown.

Crown Icon = Brand Owner You can edit Brand Profile, create projects, manage collaborators, and delete content for that brand.

No Crown Icon = Brand Collaborator You have either:

  • Full editing access (if invited as "Agency Admin")
  • Read-only + approval access (if invited as "Client Collaborator")

Brand owners can remove a collaborator from the brand at any time. Switching a collaborator's role between Brand Collaborator and Client Collaborator requires removing them and re-inviting them with the new role.

There is no in-app brand-ownership transfer action today — contact support if you need to move ownership of a brand to a different account.

Brand-Level Settings

When you switch to a brand, all Account sidebar options apply to that brand only:

  • Brand Profile — Edit that brand's DNA
  • Brand Voice — Create or edit voice profiles for that brand
  • Content Opportunities — See that brand's Content Agent recommendations
  • Brand Messaging Framework — Configure messaging for that brand
  • Brand Materials — Store reference materials for that brand
  • Content Reference — Add examples and assets for that brand
  • Snippets — Create reusable text blocks for that brand
  • Custom Fields — Configure project metadata for that brand

Global workspace settings that apply across all brands:

  • My Plan — Your subscription level (shared across all brands)
  • API Keys — Workspace-level API keys (not brand-specific)
  • Checklist Templates — Reusable across all brands

Content Calendar Across Brands

The Content Calendar shows projects for the currently selected brand.

To view one brand's calendar:

  1. Click profile icon > select brand
  2. Go to dashboard or open Content Calendar from sidebar
  3. You see only that brand's pending projects and scheduled items

To compare calendars across clients:

  • Switch brands and take note of project deadlines
  • Or manage all brands' calendars manually in external tools

There is no agency-wide "all-brands" calendar today. The Content Calendar always shows the currently selected brand only — switch brands to see each one.

Best Practices for Multi-Brand Management

Organize Your Sidebar Pin favorite brands to the top of the Brands dropdown for quick switching. Use a consistent naming convention: "Client: Brand Name" or "2024-ClientName" for easy scanning.

Use Checklists Across Brands Create checklist templates in your workspace that apply to every brand. Assign the same approval checklist to every project, every client.

Consistency Without Duplication Use Snippets (reusable text blocks) to maintain consistent messaging across brands. Create a snippet for your CTA, your company name, your value prop. Reuse it across all clients.

Team Assignment by Brand Invite team members to 2-4 brands only—enough to stay busy, focused enough to build expertise in those clients. Avoid spreading team thin across 10+ brands.

Separate Admin vs. Creator Access Invite strategists with full Brand Profile editing access. Invite creators with project-creation-only access. This prevents accidental Brand DNA changes.

Troubleshooting

Q: A team member can't see a brand I created. A: You must explicitly invite them to that brand. Creating a brand doesn't automatically give access to all team members. Use the Invite modal to add them.

Q: I switched brands but the sidebar still shows the old brand's data. A: Refresh your browser. Sometimes the sidebar cache doesn't update immediately after switching.

Q: Can I delete a brand? A: There is no in-app brand-delete action. Contact support if you need to remove a brand permanently. Until then, you can stop using the brand or archive its projects.

Q: What if I have too many brands to scroll through in the dropdown? A: There is no brand search or pin/favourite feature in the brand switcher today. Keep brand names short and descriptive so they're easy to scan in the dropdown.
