Use Brande.ai for Agencies — Multi-Client Content at Scale

Your agency serves multiple clients, each with distinct brands, audiences, and content needs. Without a unified system, you're managing separate subscriptions, fragmenting your team's workflow, and losing your competitive advantage.

The Agency Plan transforms Brande.ai into your multi-client content operating system—one workspace where every client gets their own Brand DNA, Content Agent, content projects, and approval workflows.

What the Agency Plan Unlocks

Independent Brand DNA Per Client

Each client brand gets its own Brand Profile—separate business objectives, audience definitions, content channels, and voice examples.

When your team works on Client A's brand, they see only Client A's Brand DNA. When they switch to Client B, they see Client B's completely independent profile. This isolation prevents brand confusion and ensures content stays on-brand for each client.

Update Brand Profile for any client without touching others.

Content Agent Per Brand

Each client brand has its own Content Agent that generates personalized content recommendations.

Client A's Content Agent analyzes Client A's specific objectives and audience to suggest LinkedIn thought leadership content. Client B's Content Agent suggests email nurture sequences tailored to their e-commerce audience.

Your team implements a repeatable content strategy across all clients—but the output is always customized to each brand's DNA.

Unified Project and Asset Management

Create, organize, and store all projects and brand assets in one workspace.

  • Switch brands using the profile dropdown (crown icon shows brands you own)
  • Each brand maintains its own project folders, templates, and reference materials
  • Team members see only the brands you've invited them to
  • Everything stays private within your workspace

Client Approval Workflows

Invite client collaborators with limited, read-only access. They can:

  • View all projects and content for their brand
  • Approve or reject projects before publishing
  • See approval history and comments
  • Never accidentally edit or delete assets

Mark projects as "Approved by [Client Name] on [Date]"—turning Brande.ai into your approval layer.

Scalable Checklist Templates

Create reusable content checklists and workflows that ensure quality and consistency across all client work.

Template example:

  • "Social Content Checklist" — brand mention, hashtag research, image optimization, client review, post-publication metrics tracking
  • "Email Campaign Checklist" — subject line testing, CTA optimization, deliverability check, final client sign-off
  • "Blog Post Checklist" — outline approval, draft review, SEO optimization, client feedback, publication

Build once. Use across unlimited clients.

How Multi-Brand Architecture Works

Brand Switching

Click your profile icon in the top right.

Select a brand from the Brands dropdown. A crown icon marks brands you own.

The interface immediately switches context:

  • Dashboard shows that brand's projects and calendar
  • Content Agent generates recommendations for that brand
  • Account sidebar shows Brand Profile, Brand Voice, and Brand Materials for that brand only
  • Team members only see brands they're invited to

No re-login. No account switching. One workspace.

Team Access and Roles

When you invite a team member to a brand:

Option 1: Agency Admin / Team Members Full editing access to Brand Profile, Content Agent, projects, assets, templates. Ideal for your internal team.

Option 2: Client Collaborator Read-only access to projects and content. Can approve/unapprove projects. Cannot edit Brand Profile or delete assets. Ideal for client stakeholders.

Send invites through the Invite modal: Select their email, pick the brand, choose the role, and send.

Success message: "{email} has been invited to {brand name}".

What Each Client Sees

A client collaborator logs in and sees:

  • Only the brand(s) they're invited to
  • All projects and content for that brand
  • Approval/unapproval buttons on projects
  • No access to Account settings, Brand Profile edits, or other client brands

Replacing Multiple Tools with One Agency Dashboard

Before Brande.ai:

  • Separate AI subscriptions per client (cost and account chaos)
  • Email for approvals and feedback (lost in threads)
  • Shared Google Drive for assets (version control nightmare)
  • Disparate messaging frameworks (brand creep across clients)
  • Manual content calendar per client (no unified visibility)

With Brande.ai Agency Plan:

  • One subscription, unlimited clients
  • Built-in approval flows with date/name stamping
  • Centralized asset storage with proper access control
  • Unified Brand DNA across all clients (accessible instantly)
  • One content calendar view (switch brands to see each client's timeline)

The Agency Workflow

Week 1: Client Onboarding

  1. Create a new brand for the client (+ button in profile dropdown, or Brands list in Account sidebar)
  2. Complete the client's Brand Profile (Brand DNA) — interview them or use their existing materials
  3. Set up content channels where they publish
  4. Add voice examples from their existing content
  5. Invite key client stakeholders with read-only access

By the end of day one, Content Agent generates recommendations tailored to that client's brand.

Week 2+: Ongoing Content Production

  1. Check Content Agent recommendations (either on dashboard or Content Opportunities page)
  2. Create projects from recommendations (Ctrl/Alt+N or New Project button)
  3. Generate and refine content using the editor
  4. Invite client collaborators to review (they see the project, can approve/reject)
  5. Once approved, publish to the client's channels

Repeat across all client brands using the same workflow.

Scaling Tip: Checklists and Templates

Create content checklists once, apply across all clients. Examples:

  • "Client Approval Checklist" — ensures every piece hits client review
  • "Brand Consistency Checklist" — voice, tone, messaging all match Brand DNA
  • "SEO Quality Checklist" — keyword research, meta tags, internal linking

Assign the same checklist template to every project for every client. Quality scales without reinvention.
