Campaign Studio Not Working
Research Sprint Seems Stuck
Direct Answer: A research sprint that hasn't made progress for a few minutes is flagged as stalled, and Brande.ai offers a Resume option instead of leaving it spinning indefinitely.

How to Fix This
Wait a few minutes
- Research sprints involve multiple steps running in sequence; some steps take longer than others
- The activity feed updates automatically as each step completes
Look for the Resume button
- If there's been no progress for a few minutes, or the run failed, a Resume action appears
- Click it — this picks up from whatever research is already complete rather than starting over
Confirm it didn't cost you a run
- Resuming a stalled or failed sprint does not use up another monthly campaign run
- Only starting a brand-new research sprint counts against your quota
If This Doesn't Work
- Refresh the page — clears any stale client-side state
- Contact support — include the campaign name and roughly when it stalled
Can't Generate the Blueprint
Direct Answer: Blueprint generation requires all five research sections to be approved first.
How to Fix This
Go back to the Review stage
- Check each of the five research sections: Audience Insights, Competitive Landscape, Cultural & Search Trends, Voice Alignment, Recommended Angles
- Any section without the approve toggle switched on will block blueprint generation
Approve the remaining sections
- If you disagree with a section, leave a note explaining what you'd like changed before approving — your note is used when the blueprint is generated
- Once every section is approved, the Generate Blueprint action becomes available
If This Doesn't Work
- Contact support if a section appears approved but blueprint generation still won't start
Hit the Monthly Campaign Limit
Direct Answer: Your plan's monthly research-run quota is used up for this calendar month.
How to Fix This
Check your usage
- Go to Account > My Plan to see your current plan and usage
- The quota is counted from when research runs are started, reset each calendar month
Remember the quota is shared per brand
- The limit is counted against the brand owner's plan, not per collaborator
- If your brand has multiple collaborators starting campaigns, they're all drawing from the same monthly allowance
Upgrade or wait
- Click Upgrade Now on the limit banner to move to a plan with a higher monthly quota
- Otherwise, wait for next month's quota to reset
If This Doesn't Work
- Contact support if your usage count looks wrong
Campaign Studio Isn't Available in My Account
Direct Answer: Your current plan doesn't include Campaign Studio.
How to Fix This
Check your plan
- Go to Account > My Plan
- Compare your current plan's included features against what Campaign Studio requires
Upgrade your plan
- Click Upgrade Now on the access banner shown in place of the Campaign Studio dashboard
- Upgrades take effect immediately
If This Doesn't Work
- Contact support if you believe Campaign Studio should already be included in your plan
